Rachel Fouche

M.A., LMFT, BCBA – Executive Director

Rachel is a graduate of Santa Clara University and obtained her Masters of Arts degree from John F. Kennedy University. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the past 18 years and is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.

Her clinical background is in the field of counseling psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy coupled with extensive training and experience in the field of behavior analysis.

Wajma Alimi

M.A., BCBA – Executive Director

Wajma earned her degree in Cognitive Psychology and Master of Arts Degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). She completed graduate level coursework in Behavior Analysis at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and California State University Los Angeles (CSLA).

During her graduate work, Wajma completed research in sensory input and processing disorders. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), certified in Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and PEAK.

DR. Jalene Moreno

Ph.D., BCBA-D – Chief Clinical DIrector

Dr. Moreno just celebrated her 18th-year anniversary teaching children diagnosed with developmental delays. Dr. Moreno was granted her Master of Arts, Master of Philosophy, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Teaching and Applied Behavior Analysis at Teachers College, Columbia University.

It was there where she studied under Dr. R. Douglas Greer and applied the principles of behavior analysis utilizing the Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling (CABAS) model in classrooms for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

Chelsea Contreras

M.A., BCBA – Chief Operations Director

Chelsea began working with children diagnosed with autism in 1996 while completing her degree in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

During her undergraduate studies, she became passionate about helping individuals with autism and was involved in the Autism Research Lab, under Dr. Laura Schreibman. Soon after, Chelsea earned her Master of Arts Degree in Experimental Psychology from San Jose State University and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Jennifer Escober

M.A., BCBA, Clinical Training Director

Jenn is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a graduate from The University of San Francisco where she obtained her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 15 years. Her clinical background is comprised of a mix of Occupational Therapy, Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. Jenn has over a decade of experience supervising ABA programs for school districts in the San Francisco Bay area.
